He studies at the Institute of Plastic Arts Nicolae Grigorescu from Bucharest under the direction of Alexandru Ciucurencu, he participates at the most important collective manifestations organized in the country. His works have as themes social and historic aspects, still-lives. He was a creator of monumental art, he contributed also at the scenographic and graphics domains. Saloons and exhibitions: His works were contained in Romanian art selections presented abroad: Moscow 1964, Warsaw 1979, Warsaw, Prague, Leningrad 1972, Athens, Cairo, Damascus, Teheran, Tunis, Moscow, Berlin, Glasgow 1974, Lisbon, Ankara, Athens 1975, Prague, Istanbul 1976, Paris, Copenhag, Pekin, Shanghai, Ankara, New Delhi, Sofia 1977; 1978 la Teheran, Lisbon, Lakewood-Ohio, Milwaukee Wisconsin; 1979 la Madrid, Ottawa, Ciudad de Mexico; 1994 Munchen. He is part at the international manifestations in New Delhi 1965; in Paris at the Independent Saloon 1973, Kosice 1974; Cangnes-sur-men 1977 the International Festival of Painting.
