Born June 7^th, 1938 in Blaj (Transylvania).

Studies: The Academy of Beautiful Arts „Ioan Andreescu", from Cluj Painting department, class of 1963. Professors: Anton Lazãr and Petre Abrudan. Member UAP from Romania.

Since 1975 he participates at over 20  group exhibitions in the country and abroad and also at the municipal, annual, biennale, republicans saloons organized in Romania.

Grants: in 1999 he gets a burse at Accademia di Romania, Rome, Italy, given by the university professor Marian Papahagi.

He has works in numerous private and state collections in the country and abroad.

He did works of monumental art in Romania (in the „Unirii" Hall from Alba Iulia si in the Venus Resort; he restored the mural painting at the Lippomano Palace (architectonic and historic work from the years 1400-1500) from Padova.
